Sa pagbubukas ng pagtalakay sa Article I o ang umano'y misuse of confidential funds ng Office of the Vice President (OVP), iniharap ni House Prosecutor Leila de Lima ang kanyang opening statement, na kalaunan ay ipinatigil ng Impeachment Court.
