The Philippine National Police has released the list of illegal firecrackers and pyrotechnics that are not allowed to be sold on the market.
These are considered dangerous and prohibited based on the 2012 Revised IRR of RA 7183, or The Act Regulating the Sale, Manufacture, Distribution, and Use of Firecrackers and other Pyrotechnic Devices.
Explosive Management Division-Firearms and Explosive Office (EMD-FEO) Chief PCol. Rex Buyucan stated that the public must be aware of these illegal firecrackers and pyrotechnics as early as possible. This proactive measure ensures the safety of the public in celebrating long holidays.
Prohibited firecrackers and pyrotechnics include:

PCol. Rex Buyucan explained that retailers must first secure permits from EMD-FEO before obtaining them from their respective Local Government Units (LGU).
Any sale or use of firecrackers or pyrotechnics without permits from both EMD-FEO and LGU is prohibited.
"Basically, kung wala doon sa permit na binigay ng FEO at LGU, bawal po yun." PCol. Buyucan said
[“Basically, if it's not included in the permit issued by EMD-FEO and LGU, that's prohibited.”]
