The Department of Energy (DOE) has released the final fuel price adjustments set to take effect on June 2, 2026.

The list of rollbacks includes:

  • Gasoline - ₱4.76
  • Diesel - ₱9.26
  • Kerosene - ₱10.86

The rollback is effective until June 8, 2026. The agency had earlier stated that the developments in peace talks between the US and Iran had a contributory factor in the price decrease or rollback.

The DOE also acknowledges the movements in the global oil market, which affect fuel prices.

“Ang mga pagbabagong ito ay nakabatay sa galaw ng pandaigdigang merkado ng langis,” the DOE said via online-isued statement

[“These adjustments reflects on the movement in the global oil market.”]

The DOE also announced a maximum price adjustment for Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), which will take ₱3.41 per kilogram. The adjustment is effective for the entire month of June.
