Leading the fiery charge was Best Player of the Game Gang Abellana, whose ferocious performance was immortalizing. 

Without a shred of hesitation, Abellana pierced through COMELEC’s defense from every square inch of the court, racking up an explosive 18 points, 15 attacks, 2 blocks, and an ace to anchor her team's commanding victory.

With this statement win, the Lady Firefighters sit comfortably atop the single round-robin semifinals with a flawless 2-0 standing, putting them in prime position to punch their ticket back to the championship stage and avenge their heartbreaking loss from last season. 

Despite the roaring momentum, Abellana remains fiercely grounded and laser-focused on the ultimate prize. 

"Palagi ko nga sinasabi sa kanila, do not be complacent, kasi bola yan eh. Di natin alam kung ano kahihinatnan or resulta kaya go lang talaga," Abellana emphasized, reminding her squad that the job is far from over. 

BFP faces a dangerous final roadblock against PhilHealth on June 24, where a hard-fought victory will seal a perfect 3-0 semifinal sweep and a direct ticket to the Finals.
