Binangonan, Rizal — Healthcare access starts with reliable information and the right medical services. Recognizing the importance of both, BMPI–UNTV has formalized a partnership with Binangonan Lakeview Hospital, marking a significant milestone as the hospital becomes BMPI–UNTV’s first partner hospital in the municipality of Binangonan, Rizal.
The Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) establishes a framework for collaboration that aims to connect communities with healthcare providers, improve public awareness of available medical services, and strengthen access to appropriate medical assistance through initiatives such as UNTV’s flagship television program, Serbisyong Bayanihan.
BMPI–UNTV was represented at the MOA signing by Ms. Lyn Apinado, Director of the Public Service Department, while Binangonan Lakeview Hospital was represented by Dr. Rosemarie Carbon-Lei, President and CEO; Mr. Wynndyll Moscosa, Ancillary Director; and Ms. Mary Grace Ubiadas, Hospital Administrator.
Established in 2014, Binangonan Lakeview Hospital is a private Level II hospital that has expanded from an initial 30-bed capacity to 88 beds. Its growth reflects the institution’s continued development in meeting the healthcare needs of Binangonan and surrounding communities.
The hospital offers a broad range of medical services, including cardiology, oncology, hemodialysis, critical care, diagnostic imaging, surgery, and rehabilitation. These services provide patients with access to different levels of medical evaluation and treatment, while helping families identify appropriate healthcare options for their needs.
The hospital also achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification in 2023, demonstrating its adoption of an internationally recognized quality management system. This milestone highlights the importance of structured processes, consistent service standards, and continuous improvement in healthcare delivery.
Through this partnership, BMPI–UNTV aims to make public service more responsive by helping people access relevant health information, understand available medical resources, and navigate referral pathways. The collaboration underscores the importance of combining public information with healthcare services to help more Filipinos make informed decisions about their health and obtain the care they need.
