Ito ang binigyang diin ng Department of Justice matapos sabihing iaapela ni Roque ang desisyon ng korte.

Umaasa naman ang DOJ na mapapauwi siya sa Pilipinas sa lalong madaling panahon.

Pinabulaanan ni dating presidential spokesperson Atty. Harry Roque ang kumalat na balitang naaresto siya ng mga otoridad sa The Netherlands.

Giit niya, may naka-schedule pa siyang flight patungo sa Vienna, Austria ngayong November 25.

Kinondena ni presidential son, House Majority Leader at Ilocos Norte 1st District Rep. Sandro Marcos ang mga alegasyon ni Zaldy Co laban sa kanya at kay Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr.

Giit niya, destabilisasyon at hindi rebelasyon ang ginagawa ni Co.
