Pinirmahan na ni Senate President Francis Escudero ang paglalabas ng subpoena laban sa ilang sangkot sa mga umano'y anomalya sa flood control projects.

Alinsunod ito sa rekomendasyon ni Senate Deputy Majority Leader Rodante Marcoleta, Chairperson ng Senate Blue Ribbon Committee.
