Walang natatanggap na impormasyon o maging warrant of arrest ang Department of the Interior and Local Government at Philippine National Police laban kay Senator Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa.  

Gayunman, padadalhan ito ng subpoena ngayong araw, May 11, ng Criminal Investigation and Detection Group o CIDG para imbestigahan ang umano’y extrajudicial killings na nangyari noong siya pa ang city at regional director sa Davao.
