The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported that various areas experienced the lowest temperatures due to the Northeast Monsoon, also known as Amihan.

On the list provided by the agency, the lowest temperature recorded today is 11.0°C in Baguio City, Benguet. 

Other coolest areas include:

• Basco, Batanes - 15.8°C
• Tanay, Rizal - 17.2°C
• Malaybalay, Buikdnon - 18.0°C
• San Ildefonso, Bulacan - 18.6°C
• Metro Manila - 19°C 

Areas in Luzon, Visayas, Northern Mindanao, and CARAGA are expected to experience a cold breeze and low temperature during the Amihan season.
