The Local Government Unit of Kalamansig, Sultan Kudarat, orders the residents along the coastal area to cooperate with preemptive evacuation activity. Fishing activities are temporarily prohibited to ensure the safety of the fishermen.

The order was made due to reported incidents of earthquakes since Monday, January 19, 2026. 

Kalamansig Mayor Ronan Eugene Garcia provides the list of designated evacuation areas in the municipality.

The evacuation areas include:

• Barangay Poblacion Covered Court
• Barangay Poblacion Day Care Center
• Barangay Poblacion Hall
• Dati Guiabar Pilot School 
• Kalamansig Nation High School 
• Notre Dame of Kalamansig
