Hospitals are evaluated based on their professional reputation within their respective specialties, with previous years' recommendations also contributing to the overall score.
• Accreditations and Certifications (10%) – Hospitals receive points for nationally and internationally recognized accreditations and certifications that demonstrate excellence in patient safety, clinical quality, and organizational performance.
• Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) (6.5%) – Hospitals are also evaluated on how effectively they collect and utilize patient feedback to improve healthcare outcomes and enhance the overall patient experience.
