May nakatakdang iharap na testigo ang defense team na magbibigay ng testimonya kaugnay ng umano'y assassination plot laban kay Vice President Sara Duterte at sa kanyang pamilya, o ang tinatawag na Operation Romanov.

Gayunman, tumanggi ang kampo ng depensa na magbigay ng karagdagang detalye tungkol sa pagkakakilanlan at testimonya ng testigo bago ito iharap sa impeachment court.

Dinala ang senador sa UP Philippine General Hospital upang sumailalim sa medical evaluation alinsunod sa utos ng Sandiganbayan.

Nakatuon ang ikaapat na araw ng impeachment trial ni Vice President Sara Duterte sa presentasyon at cross-examination ng ikalawang testigo ng House prosecution, si dating National Bureau of Investigation Cybercrime Division chief Atty. Jeremy Lotoc.

Isa sa binigyang-pansin ng depensa ang umano'y mga typographical errors, discrepancies sa mga dokumento, at timeline ng imbestigasyon ng National Bureau of Investigation kaugnay ng mga reklamong grave threats, inciting to sedition, at umano'y assassination plot laban kina Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr., First Lady Liza Araneta Marcos, at dating House Speaker Martin Romualdez.
