Tumanggi si Senate President Vicente ‘Tito’ Sotto III na pirmahan ang witness protection request para sa mga Discaya.

Ito ay sa kabila ng apela ni Sen. Rodante Marcoleta na aniya’y ipinangako niya noong siya ay chairperson pa ng Senate Blue Ribbon Committee.
