Senator Robin Padilla and Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto both lead the list of preferred candidates for senator in the upcoming 2028 elections.

Based on the results of the latest Pulse Asia survey, Senator Robin Padilla leads the senatorial preferences for 2028 with 48.4 %.

He is followed by Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto, who got 47.9 %.

Senator Raffy Tulfo placed third in the ranking, Senator Allan Peter Cayetano placed fourth, followed by Senator Loren Legarda, former Senator Manny Pacquiao, Makati City Mayor Nancy Binay in seventh place, Education Secretary Sonny Angara in eighth place, Senator Mark Villar in ninth place, and TV and radio personality Ben Tulfo in tenth place.

Meanwhile, those placing between rank 11 and 21 in the senatorial preferences are Senator Jinggoy Estrada, TV personality Willie Revillame, Senator Chiz Escudero, former Congressman Mike Defensor, former DILG Secretary Mar Roxas, Cabinet Secretary Benhur Abalos Jr., and TIEZA COO Mark Lapid.

Pulse Asia conducted the new survey from June 28 to July 3, and on July 6, 2026, among 2,400 respondents nationwide.
