Handa ang National Bureau of Investigation na arestuhin si Senator Ronald dela Rosa sa bisa ng ICC arrest warrant.

Agad namang itu-turnover si Sen. Bato sa kustodiya ng Department of Justice sa sandaling ito ay maaresto.
