Iminungkahi ni Senate President Vicente 'Tito' Sotto III na boluntaryong sumailalim si Senador Ronald dela Rosa sa 'no work, no pay' scheme. Bunsod ito ng mahigit tatlong buwan nang pagliban ni Senador Bato sa Senado sa gitna ng umano'y arrest warrant niya mula sa International Criminal Court o ICC.
