On his interpellation in Sen. Rodante Marcoleta’s motion to dismiss the impeachment case vs VP Sara, Sen. Allan Peter Cayetano suggested to rephrase the "motion to dismiss" to "motion to follow the Supreme Court”.  Sen. Marcoleta later agreed to remove the word “dismiss” in his motion and archive it as adherence to the SC ruling.
