The Philippine National Police (PNP) has committed to supporting the Department of Agriculture (DA) with the nationwide implementation of a price cap. The DA is also counting on support from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). 

With this, the PNP has been deploying personnel to monitor public markets and grocery stores nationwide, aiming to ensure that retailers comply with the suggested product pricing.

The PNP has coordinated with the local government units to ensure the continuous and proper inspections.
