MANILA—The PhilHealth Health Insurers delivered a masterclass in efficiency, dismantling the DFA Emissaries in a commanding straight-sets victory, 25-16, 25-16, 25-18, during the second match of the UNTV Volleyball League triple-header last February 25, 2026, at the Paco Arena in Manila. 

From the opening serve, PhilHealth asserted their dominance with a relentless offensive rhythm that left the Emissaries struggling to find an answer. 

The Health Insurers’ cohesive floor defense and sharp transitions allowed them to dictate the pace of all three sets, ensuring DFA never gained the momentum needed to threaten a comeback.

Standing at the center of the onslaught was the former middle blocker from NCMH Wellness Warriors Tin Miralles, who earned Best Player of the Game honors with a stellar all-around performance. 

Miralles was unstoppable at the net and behind the service line, racking 15 points built on 11 thunderous attacks and 4 service aces. 

Her ability to pierce through the DFA defense during crucial rallies provided the spark PhilHealth needed to close out the match early. 

With this decisive sweep, the Health Insurers solidify their standing in the league, carrying a wave of momentum as the tournament intensifies.
