Sa binasang pahayag ni Palace Press Officer Undersecretary Claire Castro kahapon, sinabi ng Department of Foreign Affairs na ito ay posible ngunit ipauubaya nila ito sa Presidential UNCAC Inter-Agency Committee kung saan ang chairperson ay ang Executive Secretary.
