The Philippine off-road motorcycle enthusiast is once again alive with the roar of engines and the spray of dirt as season 2 of Manibela Challenge heats up today at the KDR Adventure Motorcycle Park (KDRAMP) in Orani, Bataan.
The premier off-road competition for big bike riders will test competitors' speed, precision, and endurance through a high-octane time trial event that will push their limits to 44 extreme obstacles, turning every ride for a greater cause.
Manibela challenge theme this year is Speed. Precision. Charity which not only offers a chance to master tough terrains but also advocates its riders to compete while upholding the spirit of charity.
Manibela offers 7 categories that bike riders can choose from; Team category and Ultimate Adventure for bikes that has 1000cc and above, Lightweight Adventure for 400cc-599cc, Middleweight Adventure 600cc-799cc, and for bikes that has 800cc-999cc can also register for Heavyweight Adventure.
The motor campaign also includes Dirt Bike category and Female category for our brave women who are up for the challenge.
Exciting prizes await our competitors. Winners in the Team Category will have their full cash prizes donated to their chosen charities, while individual category winners will receive their prizes directly.
Team category will give whopping P500,000 for the first team, P300,000 for the second team, and for the third team, P200,000 cash prize which will be donated to charity.
Female category, Lightweight category, Middleweight category, Heavyweight category, Ultimate Category and Dirt bike category will award P60,000 for 1st runner up, P40,000 for 2nd runner up and P30,000 for 3rd runner up respectively.
Manibela will also give special awards to their challengers that will showcase their one of a kind performance in the race.
Emerging Rider Award will be presented to the youngest participant who shows outstanding skill, dedication, and passion for riding in the Manibela Challenge.
Precision Rider Award will be awarded to the rider who best navigates the 44-Manibela Challenge obstacle in the 1000cc+ category with control and accuracy.
Rookie Rider of the Season Award will acknowledge commendable performance during the Manibela Challenge as the rookie big bike rider. With dedication and persistence, he/she will be able to successfully navigate the 44 obstacles with grace and utmost respect for the sport.
Timeless Rider Award for showing exceptional riding skills, discipline, and passion during the Manibela campaign.
And last but not the least is Empowered Lady Rider of the Season Award to recognize a female rider who conquers the course using the heaviest bike in the Individual Female Category, embodying confidence, strength, and determination.
The next race is scheduled for May 28–29, 2025 at KDRAMP in Orani, Bataan, followed by the awarding ceremony on May 30.
