What are the charges against VP Sara Duterte?

The House of Representatives transmitted four major Articles of Impeachment to the Senate, which include:

1. Misuse of Public Funds: Alleged irregularities surrounding ₱612.5 million in confidential and intelligence funds under the OVP and DepEd.  

2. Unexplained Wealth: Alleged failure to truthfully disclose assets in her SALN from 2022 to 2024.  

3. Bribery: Alleged procurement and bribery irregularities involving DepEd officials.  

4. Assassination Threats: Public death threats directed against President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr., First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos, and former Speaker Martin Romualdez.
