The Department of Transportation (DOTr) advises motorists to expect heavy traffic nightly from 11:00 PM to 4:00 AM,  February 23 to 27, along routes affected by the transport of Tunnel Boring Machines (TBM) for the Metro Manila Subway.

The TBM will be transported from Manila Harbor Center to Tandang Sora Station.

• C4 Road: 11:30 PM – 12:00 AM
• Monumento: 12:00 AM – 12:30 AM
• EDSA: 12:30 AM – 1:00 AM
• Congressional Avenue: 1:00 AM – 1:30 AM
• Mindanao Avenue: 1:30 AM – 2:00 AM
• Tandang Sora: 2:00 AM – 2:30 AM
• Robinson Yard: 3:00 AM – 3:30 AM

February 24 to 25

• R-10 Road: 11:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• C3 Road: 11:30 PM – 12:00 AM
• 5th Avenue: 12:00 AM – 12:30 AM
• EDSA: 12:30 AM – 1:00 AM
• Congressional Avenue: 1:00 AM – 1:30 AM

The DOTr  advises motorists to plan ahead and take alternate routes during the TBM transport schedule to avoid delays.
