Inisyuhan na ng subpoena at pinahaharap ng Quezon City Office of the Prosecutor si Cavite 4th District Representative Kiko Barzaga sa November 18 at November 25.

Para ito sa isasagawang preliminary investigation kaugnay ng kasong inciting to sedition at inciting to rebellion na inihain laban sa kaniya ng Criminal Investigation and Detection Group o CIDG.
