Iginiit ng Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) na hindi nito kailangang humingi ng pahintulot sa China para sa medical evacuation (MEDEVAC) ng mga sundalo, gayundin sa mga rotational at resupply mission sa West Philippine Sea.
