The Department of Transportation (DOTr) issued a plan to put additional 3 stations in Epifanio Delos Santos Avenue or EDSA busway. The construction of these stations is expected to take place from the 1st quarter of 2026 until the 4th quarter of the same year.

The additional stations to installed next year will be in Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX), Magallanes, and Cubao. 

DOTr Undersecretary for Road Infrastructure Mark Steven Pastor explained that these additional stations may help to address public concerns such as the long distance between the  station and the actual destination. 

“These three stations are supposedly to address ‘yong mahabang pagitan na walang stop sa busway para mas accessible siya.” he said
