Fourteen luxury vehicles were discovered by authorities in a condominium in Taguig during an operation conducted at 9 PM on January 8.
This follows the service of a search warrant by the PNP Criminal Investigation and Detection Group, Highway Patrol Group, and Bureau of Customs against five companies, including Sunwest Construction and Development Corp., Eco Leisure and Hospitality Holding Company Inc., Misibis Resort and Hotel Management Inc., Jalandoni Alay Flora, and La Venezia Hotel and Spa Inc.
The 14 luxury cars include: one Rolls Royce registered under Eco Leisure and Hospitality Holding Inc., a Toyota Sequoia registered under La Venezia Hotel Spa Inc., three Cadillac Escalades registered under Misibis Resort, Sunwest Construction, and Eco Leisure and Hospitality Holding.
There were also two Lexus vehicles registered under Sunwest and La Venezia Hotel, and one Mercedes registered under Sunwest.
The vehicles have a total value of 145 million pesos.
Additionally, other luxury vehicles were found, including two Lexus units, a GMC Yukon Denali, and one Ferrari.
The vehicles were brought to ICI for proper disposition.
Two other vehicles registered under Zaldy Co's name were also discovered, including one Toyota Fortuner and one Toyota Sequoia.
The vehicles will be confiscated by the government based on a certification issued by the Land Transportation Office on December 9, 2025.
